problem with high beams

so when i turn on my high beams they appear to go from"half power" for a second then full bright...i.e. im driving with my lows on, click my high beams on and the bulbs dont light up all the way, then after a second they suddenly get brighter. what could be the problem? its been doing this since summer and its not much of an issue, but it is annoying. any ideas as to what it could be? next day i have off im gonna clean my battery terminals and see if that helps but any other ideas in the mean time?

Check all ground points and check for corrosions/rust. Or maybe some of the wires are loose?

Your going to have to see if this is still happening with your new projectors
