I've had the WRX pedals for a while, and really wanted a dead pedal to match, but couldn't justify the $ right now.(Ya, I'm that broke)
So I decided to make my own. I got a couple scraps of .08 flat stock aluminum from the shop I work at. You could probably get these at any fab shop for a couple bucks. I laid out holes on one piece matching the pattern on my pedals, and drilled. The small holes are 3/8", the big 1/2". i ground the corners to round off. I will put a piece of black rubber in between the two and contact cement them together. still have to figure out how to mount it. I'm going to try to use the stock little pegs. I'll keep you updated and post a pic when installed.

I ended up just using double sided tape to mount the drilled piece right to the stock dead pedal. actually worked pretty good.
