independent fog lights

I'm doing some heavy modifications to my headlights which include angel eyes (halos) around some projection lights. Anyways, since the fog lights were removed before i bought the car i figured i would use the wiring and switch from that. It works perfectly, however I really want the halos to have the ability to be on ALL of the time, not just when the headlights are engaged. Is there any way to make the fogs work independently from the headlights?

BtW i have a 2003 Legacy L.

You would just run the fogs on a completely separate line with their own power and switch.
