ok so if you have ever noticed my car is grilless because my GT grill was thrashed.. and i have a white L grill but it doesnt fill in the gap. sooo i decided to merge them together to make a weird offspring. check it out..
tools needed:
saw of some sort.
lots of sand paper
clamps
bondo!!
lets begin
gt grill on top cut all up. l grill on bottom cracked.

so here we go. i measured top to bottom and the gt grill sat 4 1/2" high and the L was only 4"
i then measured and marked 2 inches from the top on both grills. (just past the bend on the sides)

i then proceeded to make friends with my cordless sawzaw

first cut up grill.. not to shabby

i then cut up the L grill and did a test fit

now sand down all the cut marks so the grills come together smoothly.

after sanding to a smooth surface a used aluminum tape on the back so provide a mold for the bond to setup in.

another test fit .( for my application i have to cut a section out of the right of the grill so my trans cooler will have a nice home.)
