What size remflex gasket do I need for a Borla header to a Random Tech Cat and a Stromung Cat back?

don't get remflex gaskets, the material is great for sealing leaks, but they're prone to blowing out, shrinking over time, and/or crumbling when you disassemble them.

I just spent $60 in gaskets replacing all the manifold/UP/head gaskets on mine after the UP gasket blew out. Loud drone AND increased turbo lag = RAAAAAGE.

OEM gaskets unless you have a really bad exhaust leak that it can't fix. Grimmspeed also makes gaskets now, that's what ended up using, but I'm not sure if they make a size that youre looking for. Theyre a vendor here, you can PM them if you like...

do you have the pieces with you now? Best way is to measure. You can use regular 2 bolt flanged gaskets. The borlas can use the stock OEM gasket for sure, but with the bigger piping of the randomtech (I THINK its 2.25", at least the aftermarket catpipe I used to have was this size...) you can use a bigger sized gasket to match the opening.

The only thing you have to make sure with the stromung is whether it uses the OEM donut style gasket or a flat flange. Then you can use a donut style graphite gasket (you can get this at any auto parts store, just need the right diameter), or find a way to mate the randomtech (which uses a donut for the midpipe end IIRC) to the stromung.

Are you buying these parts new? I know knockoff borlas come with gaskets, and the randomtech will too at least, the stromung probably does too. You'd only have to worry about it if you're buying used parts.

All of this is very fuzzy because it's been a while since I looked into NA flanges...your best bet is what I said first.

I already have the exhaust parts on my car now. I am getting a popping when I decelerate then accelerate not all the time and not always the same volume. I have been told by a few people that it might be a exhaust leak and just to be sure I want to replace all my gaskets save for the header gaskets.

ok, well the best way to check for leaks is to have the car jacked up and start it up then put your hand on the flanges to feel for leaking air. You can get popping sounds with a bigger exhaust, it's particularly evident on subarus which run rich from the factory. If you listen to a few exhaust clips you may be able to hear popping on a few of them.

When my car was still NA, it did that when I had headers and a catback and was still on stock cats as well.
