flashing day running lights WHY!?

Ok. When I bought my car it already had the JDM projector headlights. And I flippen love them. I have installed an HID kit in the projector/low beam. And some hyper yellow NOKYA bulbs for the High Beam for those "late night drives" through the mountains. The yellow RELLY makes it easier to see in those touge' roads. But my friend pointed out to me that when my high beams are on my day running lights (wich are pink btw(no shame)) are flashing like hazerds.
Why is this. I don't like it at all. Is there a way to make them not flash but other wise operate normaly?

those late night drives are going to get you killed.so heres a solution. dont do it and u wont need the highs on..

Ok so when its raining relly hard and I wanto use my yellow fogs then how will I go about making those day running lights not flash.
