Yea you are right but I bought the 18's first and selected the tire size thinking that 225 would rub but 215 rubs also lol then when I needed snow tires I was going to run my stock ones with snows but a guy was selling the 17 Weapons with snow tires that had less than 3 months of use for 500 so I went ahead and bought those. So thats the reason my tire size is all weird. I am planning to go to 17 summer wheels and tires also so when I do that I will just get the same size summer and winter.

Thanx man lol yea it really wasn't very clean in that picture but it hadn't snowed yet either! Yea my buddy just got his gt about a month ago and is planning on doing JDM lights and stuff but he is broke right now so hasn't happened. As you can see my jdm grill isn't on yet in those pics but I will post up more pics hopefully by this weekend. Yea dude salt kills nice cars man sucks ass

two questions... where'd you get your short shifter, and your shift knob. that is a wrx shift knob isnt it?

I bought the short shifter off some guy on nasioc for $40 bucks have no clue where he got it haha its cool though cuz its adjustable height and throw...and yes the knob is off a 05 STI actually doesn't have the deal to hold up the shift boot but since mine is so short it just sits there and looks like it being held up...I would look on nasioc for parts thats where I have bought most everything for my car

Yeah its never been my fav color but its growing on me lol and I will be painting the wheels bronze here real soon so that will look even better

Yeah its a Phase II ej22 so its looks just like the sohc ej25 and has the most hp out of all the ej22 made...its been a good motor pretty peppy not as good as the ej25 but Im ok with it for now...prob will go with a header and cams eventually...I have a ej25 longblock sitting around to so I might do a frankenstein for the heck of it haha

what needed to be done to get the STi catback to fit?

shorten the hanger on the left to same length as the right and remove hanger up near flange and install new hanger on other side of pipe

will the axle back bolt up to stock piping?

No its all 2.5 so you will need a flange at least or just get a whole sti catback and hack it up for the flanges make your own mid pipe and it becomes all bolt on looks stock has a nice sound at idle quiet on the highway

Its kinda late update but I installed a newer used motor couple months back had it forsale didn't sell so its still my dd plan on lowering it more installing rally armor flaps or gt sideskirts make my own single port header install jdm fogs etc hope to keep this more up to date this time

Picked up some gt side skirts in the process of getting them painted right now hoping to have skirts rear lip front lip and mirrors painted by the northwest big subie meet next month...will update pics once I get the new skirts on

Looking good! I've thought about going the sti catback route but think I'm probably going to want something slightly more aggressive. I had one on my wrx and it was better than stock but think I might kinda want a spt or something. Love that grill and the wheels definately compliment the car well.

Yeah man I had the sti catback for a couple years sounded dam good at idle but overall is pretty quiet it was awsome at the time though because I was doing alot of highway driving...I know have a ebay replica evo mufler welded onto the sti catback...with the headers it sounds much better...and thanx man I love the wheels...I love the grill but I am contemplating going back to a modded stock grill

No the shifter I bought off a guy on nasioc prob 2 or 3 years ago....the whole shifter is threaded and has a jam nut so I can raise and lower it to what I like....I need to get new shifter bushings though cuz its starting to get sloppy
