Need help!! Car Wont Go

Half the time im driving my 2.5l legacy hesitates to go. idk what to do. ive check almost everything i could think of. ive replaced plugs, plug wires, recently did oil and transmisson change. and it has a cold air intake and thats about it. other than that stock. 118Thousand miles on engine and 45thousand on tranny

The issue could be related to the cold air intake. When does the hesitation occur? Manual or auto? If it occurs at lower RPM, it is probably because the MAF is getting a false reading and the engine just bogs.

its an auto... and ive had the CAI for a year now. and the problem just started last week

I'd change the fuel filter next. Any CEL codes?
