Well I am 24 from Canton Ohio and I have a 95 Legacy which I bought for 600 bucks over a year ago. It is a wierd purple/brown color??? I have always had an appreciation for the Subaru product. I enjoyed watching them in the WRC back when SPEED Channel was cool and actually used to show rally racing. Anyways I joined to hopfully learn more about the BG5 I have. I purchased the Legacy as a winter beater but I am now looking to use it year around. Other vehicles I have in the order puchased. 1990 VW Jetta bought to learn how to drive on and now is becoming a full out AutoX car. 1960 VW Double Cab Pick-up was a rare find I just need to buy myself a decent size garage to restore it in. 2004 MINI Cooper S bought it when the Jetta started to have some problems but is now my show car / Dragon tamer. So there is my collection and a little bit about me.

From just the front view, it looks like the JDM projectors are worth more than the car. lol

Actually the Duct tape on the bumper is worth the most. It is the only updated pic I have. So it will have to do till the weather gets better.

That 600 bucks was worth it. No matter what they look like, they'll last you a long time =]

Wow it is pretty cool to have so many Subaru enthusiasts here in Ohio. Yeh it isn't pretty to look at from the front. It has over 183K miles on it and has always resided up here in the rust belt. When I bought the car it looked even worse. The entire front was wiped clean off. I put $300 into it consiting of the JDM Headlights and a new lower control arm. Ran it for about a year then I had to fix the ever worsening oil leak. It was bad, if I drove the car for about an hour I would have to add about a gallon of oil. So I pulled the motor and replaced the head gaskets, all of the oil seals, both front wheel bearings, and both front half shafts. But now I am having problems with the AWD. But in total of parts and vehicle cost I have only spent a little over $1,000 which isn't to bad...yet.

Well I kinda cheated. I worked at a Subie/Volkswagen dealership. Sombody traded it in and I think the dealership was planning to just haul it off to the junk yard till I asked about it.

And thank you all for the welcome, this is alot larger family than i first thought. Now I just gotta get some of those SLI stickers.

Another Wagoon FTMFW!

Been hit a couple of times on that side huh? Don't matter, I bought my car totaled, but look where it's at now. Time and patience, but I know that wears thin when dealing with your mechanical problems. It seems like it's coming along well tho.
