Ok, so last night i finally got some JDM HID's installed and wired in, they work great. But i want to wire in an STi headlight level switch, so i have some option at aiming them lower for oncoming traffic. The motor on the JDM light is only 3 wires, were as the stock STi level switch is 5 wires. Since i cant find JDM schematics, and my boss isnt here right now, any ideas?

Check scoobymods... there's a write up about how to wire up the STI ones. It doesn't talk about the BE head lights, but I think it gives the pin-out for the switch. Not much help but a step in the right direction

As an update, here is what I found on NASIOC. I'm bringing this back up because I just got a STI 6-pin switch, but as stated, the JDM headlights have a 3-pin motor. Looks like the 4-pin switch is ideal for that type of motor, but seeing that i got my 6-pin for free, I want to find a way to make it work... Anyway, here is the write up I found from nismo240:
I have successfully installed the level switch on my uk300's. The following explaination is for the connection of the 4 or 6 pin level switch to a 3 wire level system (EURO spec).
All you need is the switch. There are three wires on the headlight level motor.
Black = Ground
White/Red = +12V
I spliced into the headlamp wires to get power and ground.
The third wire is the level wire. You need to pull this connection to ground through a resistor to get the headlights to adjust up and down. If you have the 4 wire Euro switch all you need to do is connect the RED level wire from the headlights to the switch. The 4 connector switch has:
(cant remember exact pinout, for explaination purposes only)
1 - Power
2 - Ground (Power and ground are used to illuminate the switch)
3 - In/Out signal
4 - In/Out signal
If you measure the resistance across 3 and 4 while you change the switch position you will notice the resistance change. Hook the RED level wire from the headlight to pin 3 or 4 on the switch. Then connect the other pin to ground. This will pull the level wire (RED) to ground through the resistor.
That is the simple way to make it work. I had the 6 pin STI J-spec switch and still managed to make it work. The 6 pin switch is:
(cant remember exact pinout, for explaination purposes only)
1 - Power +12V
2 - Ground
3 - switch position 0
4 - switch position 1
5 - switch position 2
6 - switch position 3
The normal operation of the 6 pin switch is, pin 1 and 2 provide power for illumination. +12V is then routed to pins 3 through 6 depending on switch position. Since I needed to pull the level wire to ground, pin 1 became my ground and I did not power the switch. Because of this my switch does not illuminate. I then soldered resistors (I actually used pots so I could fine tune the positions) onto the pins 3 - 6. Not sure of the exact resistance but here are rough estimates.
3 - 2200 Ohms
4 - 1000 Ohms
5 - 750 Ohms
6 - Open circuit
I tied all the ends together and then connected them to the level wire.
Open circuit - headlights pointed full up
2200 Ohms - a little lower
1000 Ohms - even lower
750 Ohms - lowest setting

I have the JDM schematics, problem is I do not know how to read them very well, electrical is not my forte.

And here is the STi one:

Just need to figure out how the two switches relate and then it'll be easy to make the STI one work

i say screw them and i flash them right back with my PIAA center lights.

EDIT: Turns out the 06+ switch is almost the exact same type of circuit (compared to the 04-05 one I posted a link to, which has 4 signal wires, where is the BE has 1). I went ahead and ordered one and will update this when it's installed.
For reference, here's a bad version of the schematic, but you can see how similar it is to the one posted earlier. I'll edit this with a better picture when I get my hard copy.

If you still have the problem i have some JDM HID's with the leveler switch. I had my friend wire them up for me and could problably help you guys by taking a picture of the switch connected to the lights with all the wires exposed. The reason is i finally decided not to add them in because first i didn't have time and second, i realized that in a year i have never had to use the leveler switch.
let me know.
