now i got bored again and did this.. i need the extra light at night but im not sure about how it looks.... i kinda like it cause it reminds me of the GTB limited. but then i dont cause it makes me look like an outback. not to offend you outback owners..
but let me know what you think.

btw these will be getting a set of 3000k 55w HIDs same with the jdm fogs and my headlights low beam is getting 6000k 55w HIDs

I would say leave them on. I have always liked the look of auxiliary lights on almost any vehicle.

Not really sure dude, I personally feel like your car looks meaner without them - thought they would provide a ton of light. function over form i guess?

I think if you do the 6k's hid's in the low beam and 3k's of the fogs you wont need those extra lights.

I can see so much better with my hid's now then with the regular bulbs. Later on I will get 3k's for the fogs. :grin:

nothing says subaru like auxiliary lighting. Ditch the yellow tint on the headlights too if you really want some more light at night.

I'd say yes if they actually fit the opening but those don't. Hella 550s would be much better in that spot. Or you could make a bar like me:

the yellow tint is just for the highbeams.. and it adds to the character.

Nice roof lights. I was thinking about doin that on my ski racks making them able to be disconnected when removig the racks; just an idea so far.

I would say NAY. Can they sit back any farther? Have you considered mounting on either side of the middle brace in the grill location? I think that would look sik IMO.

I would say you'd need them a little higher (at least inline with the headlights) to use them properly as driving lights. Otherwise the angle is goofy, and you don't do much but blind people with them if you forget to turn off your brights.

well they are being used as fog lights more then any thing else.. they are angled down as well. the light emitted from these with the angle that they are mounted the light ends about 50ft infront of the car

rougeben, you are my freaking HERO!!!!!!! I never thought anyone would have the guts to put aux lights on the roof of their sedan! That looks badass. Everyone should know how much I love aux lights.

Ah ok.. i just picked up some stained glass yellow paint from Michaels today if I feel up to it I will try painting tonight the yellow bulb alone does not seem as yellow as I would of hoped it to be.
