Well, it's time to replace my O2 sensor(s). But, I'm not sure which brand to buy. Of course I'm going to go OEM and not universal, but Bosch, Denso and NGK make them for the car. I've been putting mostly NGK parts on the car, but the O'reilly's system only has Bosch listed as OEM. But, I could also get Denso sensors online. Denso and Subaru have always seemed pretty tight. Bosch is a hell of a good company though; even though they're German.
So, which brand should I buy. Oh, and do you have to replace the entire sensor if a P0141 (heater malfunction) code is showing up?

I did the Bosch thing before. It was ok, but next time I would use soldered on quick disconnects covered in all-weather tape (and shrink-wrapped).
If your time is money, just buy the OEM plug-in sensor.

Thanks Huffer. If you were pretty pleased with Bosch, I think that's what I'll do. I'd have to order the NGK and/or Denso parts online anyways. But, If anyone else has dealt with Denso and/or NGK; I'm all ears.

I run Bosch 02 sensors in my RS and my wideband relies on a Bosch sensor. I've had no issues.

Well, I went ahead and got the Bosch. Because, one, I called the local Subaru dealer/shop and asked what brand they get from the factory and it's Bosch; and two, they guys down at O'rielly's gave me a 'discount' because they see me too much
I'll be putting them on tomorrow so we'll see what happens.
