OK so, some bumbaclot hit my 02 bh (wagon) L overnight while it was parked and fubar'd my front bumper. theres now a hole in it and scrapes and the paint is chipped off. I COULD bondo it and all that, but i'd RATHER use this opportunity to but a bitchin outback bumper on it. i prefer the 03-04 one but i'm not picky (there IS a difference btwn 00-02 and 03-04 right??).

i just wanna make sure this sucker will bolt right on, no problemo, cause i dont have the time to fab anything or do anything other than drilling new holes/applying copious amounts of duct tape.

Side, less important question, how much yall think painting the new bumper to match my silver wagon would cost??

On the second gen BD/BG/BKs the outback bumper has a different beam behind it that you must use. Most salvage yards will sell the whole thing, cover and beam, for 100-200. Paint shouldnt be too much. 200-300 for a quality (lifetime warranty) job on a bumper is what Ive seen . I had a shop out here quote me 270 for my stock L-GT bumper to be totally resprayed. With the outback bumper there isnt as much area to paint because of the unpainted section, but itll take prep time ($) for the shop to mask it off.
