Look at the "mistake" some idiot made doing an alignment on my moms car a while back, i was changing the diff fluid and realized something was up. I really hope they just screwed up and weren't waiting for something bad to happen.

long story short they got a very "mindful" e-mail with that pic and we got the next 2 alignments done free. Just goes to show that the "pro's" aren't always what they're cracked up to be.

I realize that it may be a dumb mistake, but nobody's perfect and everyone makes mistakes. Does this shop have a reputation for taking shortcuts on vehicles or not?

you dont take them out to do any alignment. :shock: and they dont just fallout. mistake :roll:

You just can't assumed they're lazy, people fuck up sometimes.. :wink:

Good thing you caught it in time tho, but hey, if something does happen you can blame it on the shop and get some monies!! :smt005

That is exactly what i told my parents, but they are stubborn and like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Personally i wouldn't be that surprised if they had just left that bolt out to see if we would notice.
