coloring foglights

ive been trying to get blue/extreme white bulbs for my headlights but havent been able to get them so im sitting here thinking...
i have blue bulbs in my foglights, am i able to put them in my headlights and then just color the fog lenses blue?

No. Your foglight bulbs are different to your headlight bulbs (or will most likely be).
fogs IIRC are H3 bulbs, headlights (stock) are 9003...
