If you look at the comments/ replies, people are saying that it was most likely doing a sweep when the key first turns on. And also if you look, all the idiot lights are turned on and all the doors are open.

When it does the sweep at start up the needles are all positioned the same, not erratic like those. If the needles are F'ed up due to the crash, so could be the lights. But for a crash at "120mph" that car looks to be in good shape. I friend did 85mph into a jersey barrier and flipped it and it's about the same amount of damage. I doubt that car was doing 120.

ahhh my wrx did this as well. when i rolled my car i was doing 40mph maybe less. now when the car flipped over i was braced up for impact and i remember hearing my engine hitting rev limiter.. so maybe the gauges got stuk there when he was upside down.. mine got stuck at 115 ish at 5000rpm

Additionally, I know many automatic transmissions sometimes get their speedo reading based off of rpm or something. I have seen auto trans cars spinning tires on ice with the speedo showing 60 mph but the car not moving. Perhaps that is what happened here? Guy floored it accidentally while flipping over?

wow, moral of the story.. DON'T FLIP YOUR CAR!
i like how almost all the body panels have shifted so there's a half inch gap between all of them..
I've seen car's needles getting stuck on an impact before.. but it was totaled, head on impact, so nothing worked
and i've never had my speedo go up when I'm spinning on ice..
but what do I kno?! I've never been in an accident

When my front diff snapped on my 03 Forester XS 4EAT pressing the throttle made the car go from 0-120mph in about 1 second along with the clanking sound :( i think I still got the cell video from my Nextel someplace on my computer (was looking for it last night)
