Brandon, get the RalliTEK bars. They are some of the nicest bars I've ever seen. They are on the same quality level as Whiteline.
I'm getting there GC Impreza bars for my Legacy. Its a crazy good deal.
22mm FSB
22mm RSB
Rear endlinks
Rear heavy duty sway bar mount kit

I just bought a set of used whiteline sways. They were used 2-3 years, and the paint is utterly destroyed, they're really rusty.

My WL bar is beginning to do that too and it's not even 1 year of winter. I don't think aussies know what that is  The IPD/Rallitek bar's lost its golden sheen but I don't see any corrosion after 3 years though...
Anyway, search on Rallitek bars. Theyve been discussed ad naseum and I'm too lazy to reiterate...

i dont think ralliteks are adjustable at all where whitelines are
Well, I pulled some strings and managed to find a vendor who was able to hook me up with a Whiteline rear sway bar for my BE.
Already in the mail, scheduled delivery is this Friday. :smt026 Can't wait!

That is correct. Several people have reported clunking with the Rallitek bar though, which is why I opted to stick with the Whiteline one.

Adjustable endlinks and some rubber tube ziptied to the bar and I haven't heard from it too much in the past 2 years

I bought a rear sway from Rallitek last week, still waiting on it  but anyways, I read that its not necessary to change the endlinks on the BE GTs due to the multi-link rear suspension. I'm guessing the L's don't have this rougeben83? Seeing you got the adjustable endlinks...?

It's not necessary to change out the endlinks on the BE/BH because they're metal-ball joint type, rather than the type of endlinks which use bushings, so they're pretty strong as is (see post #43: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=322269&page=2) The multi-link suspension you referred to is just the design of the suspension which is shared from 00+ Legacy's to 08+ Imprezas.
IIRC, Ben only got new endlinks because he got sick of his Rallitek bar clunking over larger speed bumps, and the adjustable Miata links fixed it.

I only got the longer endlinks because of the clunking. Some of the others have also done the endlinks because of this issue as well. If you don't hear it, that just means you have better roads than Detroit (no surprise  )

Okay guys,
I just got my Rallitek bar in the other day, looks great and feels extremely rigid along with the included mounts...
BUT I cant seem to loosen the endlink bolts. The nut and the bolt are basically rusted together and won't budge. I tried spraying them with WD-40 and Liquid Wrench but it hasn't changed much. My Torx key barely fits in there and I cant get enough leverage/room to break them apart and I dont want to ruin the endlink (if thats possible). :smt017
Any suggestions would be well appreciated!

Just try to loosen the nut without using the hex key first, when the endlink bolt started to spin with the nut, I used a star bit (like those safety bits used on fords) because there was so much rust in the hole I couldn't get a regular allen wrench in there. You can also try to use a metal brush to clear some of the rust from the hole as well.
If all else fails, use a blow torch on the bolts holding it to the control arm. Take the nuts off that hold the endlink to the control arm first, you should have enough room there to get it loose. Get the swaybar and endlinks off the car, and then get the top nuts off from the swaybar.
