i bough a set of 2 pot front calipers for my 95 bk last summer and didnt get a chance to ge tthem on but im planning to soon. i didnt know at the time but the rear brakes on the gt and outback are the same. My question is instead of taking off my old calipers, rotors bracket and pads could i swap them for the rear brake setup. i know the rears have the e brake drum sytem in them and i havent figured out if they will fit or its a bad idea to start with.
thanks

If you're asking "can I put front brake calipers on my rear hubs" then the answer is no.
Front calipers (and discs, hubs etc for that matter) are different from the rears.

If you have an outback, you should have the same brake hardware as the SAME YEAR GT model.
If you have rear drums (unlikely) then you need to get the rear hubs and brake hardware from either: a newer year GT, Outback or 2.5RS, say 1998+.
