I am usually th type of person to do quite a bit of research and i did before buy my tires and wheels. However im having a rubbing problem.
I recently got Rota Torques 17x7.5 48mm offset - should have no problems with offset.
Kumho's 225/45/17 - Maybe a lil tall for the width but i have seen people using this before.
The reason this in the suspension section...
Currently have stock suspension, 160K miles on car kinda dont think the struts have been replaced. My passenger wheel gap is 1/2 inch smaller than driverside and i am only rubbing while in hard turns or with passenger.
I think my struts are saging and i plan on making a 10hr trip with a passenger back to phx next month, dont want my brand spankin new tires to get all rubbed up. What do you all think?
Tires/wheels are the problem
Struts are the problem so replace them
Struts are the problem so roll fenders to stop rub and prepare for H&R springs, KYB struts and new top hats
I like option 3 ;)
