Anyone know where I can find some instruction in removing the front and rear bumper beams?
Appreciate the help.

Talk to MyogiNightKid or Reason... but it's not difficult. If you've had as many cars as you mention, you should be able to figure it out...

Indeed. Haven t you acquired a copy of the launam ecivres lluf? Pop the hood, take a look down, there should be 2 17mm bolts on either side of the frame (4 total). Take out, remove beam. This is assuming the cover is already off.

Any particular reason why you want to take off the bumper beams? I mean, I know weight reduction is one thing but doing it to sacrifice safety is another...
There's the JDM bumper beams, those are lighter IIRC. At least I know the GC impreza ones are a good 20-30lbs lighter vs the USDM ones.

Yep, the rear is just as easy. I have a JDM bumper beam and it weighs nothing compared to the stock beam.

Two BABs (big ass bolts) on either side. I need a new beam because mine is tweaked a little bit. what are you doing with the one you take off?
