Ok. I recently finished making my exhaust. 2.5" cat back. And am soon gonna remove the two cats that come from factory and add One 2.5" cat. Ant then I wonderd about a header. Well I coldnt find one for my car. I have one of those single port heads. Only one exhaust hole per head. So I'm going to custom make an EL header out of 2" mandrel bent piping, and have it collect into the single 2.5" cat.

So. Since ill be making this...it wold be a waist to make only one right? After I make it pirfict, and see how it feals and sounds. Ill post some pics up. And if you want one...let me know.

Also, Supers587 on RS25.com sent a PM out telling a few people that he was making some.

Missed the EL part. But heck, I'm sure there's a limited market for it.

I still don't see why it's such a big deal though, couldn't you just get an EL/UEL header for a dual port and just lop the head port ends off and weld on a new pipe w/ single port flange?

I doubt it, did you see how many people is jumping on that UEL header. I never got a "boxer rumble" with my borla single port header. So maybe a EL header would be best if it can give a better power output versus the UEL one.
