I have had the car for less then 20k Miles. 142k on the clock as of today. I have been using Castrol GTX High Milage and the car seemed to like it. I had a headgasket done when I first got the car and there has been no issues since with coolant in the oil and vice versa. I checked it last week after about 2,500 miles on the oil and it was about 1/2 quart low. And today when it was about 3k miles, it was about 1.5qt low.(changing oil this weekend) I am not seeing any oil in the coolant so the headgasket is out as the issue, and I do not seem to be blowing blue smoke out of my tailpipe. What I am wondering is where the oil is going. I figure this is not like my STi where you will get blowby from the turbo. What do you all think may be the issue and for those who have the BD, what are your re-fill rates on this car.
