So in order for me to pass emissions I need to take care of the exhaust work.. I don't think I would pass right now with a leak after the 2nd cat and the center pipe..In order to save money right now (I have to keep getting a temporary plate) I was going to replace the center then do my testing.
But I want to (after emissions testing) have a HFC put in the stromug is too much money... what other HFC would fit in?

A hi-flo cat, even a track pipe, does absolutely nothing unless you've got serious headwork and cams and even then the gains are very marginal. I would save the money and just get a replacement or have an exhaust shop make something with weld in cat units.

Ah I figured that was coming.. well I can do the center at least that would get rid of the huge sound.

a leak after the 2nd cat and the center pipe
Easy fix. Weld the leak after the 2nd cat and replace the center pipe (custom job, go 2" ID) w/ axleback of your choice. Shouldn't cost more than $150 excluding the new axleback.

question about the axleback.. this car was brought in MI and has seen a lot of rust.. I was going to get a magnaflow but seeing how rusted the axleback section is would a exhaust shop just wield up the whole piece?

Yep. It'll be less work in the long run to cut the bad sections out and completely replace. Less failure down the road too.

I have another question about the muffler.. the input size is 2.25" but the output is 4" I'm guessing the output is fine? I'm hoping the tip would be long enough so it would be under the bumper but not too far out.
the muffler is the magnaflow 14829

theyll just extend the pipe to the inlet as much to get the tip even with the bumper.

ok cool, one more question before I order this part tomorrow.. I was going to order this Bosal Center Center Muffler says it fits the sedan or wagon for 95..
Anything I need to know? given how many bolt heads I have snapped off (4 so far) I better pick up some bolts along with the two gaskets..

yeah i snapped a lot of bolts pulling my exhaust too. other than getting those bolts out, there isnt really much to it. you will probably want someone to help you though, it is a little tough balancing it up and getting the bolts in at the same time.

Haha help would be an issue but I'm sure I can rig up something to keep it balanced..
do you happen to know off hand what size the bolts are? gotta run to HD to get some cut off wheels anyways for the dremel.

i dont remember what size they were off hand. i just happened to have some nuts and bolts laying around. iirc like a 10mill ish bolt will fit? i think... i just kind of eyeballed it and looked for a bolt that fit and it did...

whichever one that uses a 14mm socket for the head is fine. I think its m10x1.25 bolts. Just replace the hardware when you do the exhaust, It's too much work trying to salvage those things sometimes.
