i got an 08 blue legacy and im trying to find a nice set of blackrims to put on it. any suggestions?

You could DIY paint yours, or buy online from any number of internet sellers like tirerack.com, discounttiredirect.com, edgeracing.com, wheeldude.com...

It really depends on what you want. Wheels can be any color. What matters more is probably the design/style, and size/weight. Oh, and manufacturing process.
