ok ive read alot of stuff about wrx suspension..

im a little confused. ive read that you CAN put in the wrx suspension but you need different top hats?
i also read someone say that they just straight up put the struts and springs in....
my question is ive found 04sti struts and tien springs for a reasonable price but i wanna know if it would work?
my suspension handles...... less than desireable

As far as i remember, you would need different top hats and it would be less than desireable as the spring rates for a wrx arent going to be so good for your big heavy ol' legacy.

I have heard that the KYB GR2 struts are a pretty good upgrade

the 04 STi is comparable weight. It's the suspension travel that is significantly different in the front.
