Look on ebay for headers, there are ones that I believe are 180 and are often said to be better quality than the borla's. Look around in this forum, use search and you will find anything you need :smt023

If you're talking about springs, They'll work. If you get wagon springs, you'll raise up the rear some.

What parts are you talking about? Many are different and some will interchange even from other different Subaru models.

Subarus are legos. With few exceptions, parts bolt across the platforms. One of those exceptions is suspension from 2000-2004 legacys. They are a completely different design.
You can buy lowering springs for a wagon, but frankly, I'm surprised your finding any legacy wagon lowering springs. If you're looking at lowering springs for an impreza- well- invest in a full underbody skid plate. Stock WRX suspension basically slams these cars to the ground as it is.
Look in our suspension forum. There is a FAQ in there about how to use WRX suspension parts. I haven't done it, but I know there's a few parts you need to source to make it work.
Also, the legacy- stateside- is a forgotten car. So no. You won't find a site dedicated to parts for it. It was a heavily supported car in japan, so you'll find alot of take off parts on ebay for it that way. Otherwise, whiteline in australia still has a large helping of parts for the liberty (aka legacy). They do have vendors in the US. You can buy suspension parts, bushings, etc... there.
Some other parts are universal. OBX Headers for the 2.5RS will fit your 2.5GT. Short throw shifters for an RS should work. The ebay intake, usually listed for imprezas will work. Just make sure you are looking at non-turbo components when you look at headers and intakes. Most subaru wheels will fit, excepting newer STi's, tribeca and the SVX.
Start looking through the members rides section and you'll see all sorts of things that are possible. Starting foremost with your suspension questions. Each spring carries a very different stance and very different feel.
