Fuel CEL + Limp Mode

the car starts but i get 3 CELs and the POS is in limp mode.

I am not sure if the fuel pump is dead, (wouldnt be surprised because its still using the N/A pump)

Car.
1998 Subaru Legacy GTB
Twin Turbo 2.0

CEL Checklist - 62 63 65
not sure if my list is correct but it translates to
62 Fuel temperature sensor
63 Fuel tank pressure sensor
65 Vacuum pressure sensor

last thing i did before it failed, remove A/C components Under dash.

Any ideas on what to do?
