where do i start in removing the motor so as not to find myself breaking somthing and with in mind , being as effiecent as possible > ? < i m taking the motor from a wrek yard and i ve not much time to work with - is there a step by step process outlined anywhere to follow > ? < much appreciated

start by disconnecting little things like fuel line AC etc. then move on to bell housing/starter bolts (back of engine)then remove the exhaust header and motor mount bolts.(bottum of engine) should take and unexpeirenced person a few hours..

Basically, he's got it covered. I just work my way all the way around it and make sure I disconnect everything.
