So I finally bought my center JDM garnish backlights , i think it looks great

As you can see, center garnish was broken in the shipping from Tokyo to Canada :(

Err, that broken chip is going to cause water to build up inside and short out your lights, create rust etc.

use clear silicone, it should be what they use to repair gaps in windshield edges...

new grill looks way better! looks like you need to paint it the same color as your car OR paint it flat black tho

Hella Supertone installed. I just have to figure out the wiring. I have this trouble with my horn. I cant hear them anymore since I uninstalled the OEM one...I can hear some small "tic tic tic" from my fuse (relay) box in the engine bay , but thats it..... anyway

have your grounded the supertones? other than that it should have been simple plug and play

btw if you clear your headlights itll make a world of difference in the look of your car, just sayin :smile:

You need to wire the ground wire from the supertone back to the bracket. Right to the bolt in the back of the supertone itself is fine.

yeah thanks for the answer. Well I didnt have time to hookup the hella . But I tried to plug my original horn.... no sound. I heard this "tic tic" noise from the relay fuse box so I assume the problem is the wire that goes from the fuse box to the horn.


As for the headlights, I would love to clear them but herein MTL , cops are always watching these (clear headlight, tailights, illegal muffler), I guess they have nothing to do:( and I dont want to have tickets... Maybe one day Ill change my mind. But yeah you are right, it looks much better with the clear lenses :)

ride hight, colors inside and out...and the BH outback you could get the H6 in 01 to 04...tires a bit of size difference...um and 5th gear in a manual was a different ratio.

Yeah the shop did the hard work . Drilled 4 holes , but beware, there is some hidden wires in the top right of the hatch

I mounted mine myself. Made the holes a LOT bigger than they needed to be and drilled through 3 of the wires under the hatch LOL. But I didn't mind, repaired/soldered the wires and used sealant around the holes. A shop would've done a better job but those of you that know my car understand that fit and finish of something like a wing is not a big deal.

But I know I will miss my Suby :(

I have been following your car here for awhile as mine is same color etc. i used it as example car. ie convincing my wife hey this is how it would look the jdm tails etc. I think i have been living vicariuosly threw your ride and watching updates. now i have to just do it..
