I need to add two of them.. one in the rear cargo area and one if possible (have to double check) in front and off to the side of the e-brake handle.

Now the thing is the one in the cargo area will be switched to go on and off with the key but the one by the e-brake would have power supplied all the time.

I'm guessing I just need to ground the one by the e-brake to the ground and run a wire to the battery... however what about the one for the cargo area?

Yeah, for the one in the back you would want a 4 pin relay, one to battery, one ground, one to power socket, and the final one you could vampire tap into the front cig lighter or something else that only gets power with ignition on.
