Hahaha!!! We got 1. It's mainly for my oldest. Everynow and then, I'll get on the PS3 because of the browser etc... and the fact I'm more comfortable with the ergonomics of the controller.

I'm not hatin' on XBox, heck we got a Wii too, but I don't know if you can set up an account/community... at least I don't think you can.


When he comes back this week, maybe I'll finally set up an account for XBox.... but til then PS3 it is.

And thats why the only good game on PSN is a game that took over 5 years to develop.. GT5 is over rated. and PS graphic engine makes everything look shiney and glossy..

Seriously how does a rally car look like its been hit with $1000 of Meguiar's products ....

PS3 is the best media center out there.. other then that its a big hot paper weight.

it may get a little warm at times but at least it doesnt have an over heating problem and a HUGE crashing problem like xbox. my xbox was fixed 3 times.....ill repeat that....3 times. and i still got the red ring of death. i finally got so angry that i threw it across my basement into a brick wall and went out and bought a ps3. i have never had a problem with it and im in my 3rd year of owning it. my xbox first crashed just after a year old. and just because psn is free doesnt mean its a bad thing. psn free = more things on psn cost money.....xbox live not free = more things on live are free. it balances out.

I have now gone through 7! count them 7! I am on the newest Elite version... I have gone through more then the 3-RROD.. from smoking gpu's to melted x-braces since the start of 2005. I know the frustration.. :-( But.. I love Forza and I do what I have to do to play quality racing simulators...

PS3 has its fault also.. the browser has been programed by a monkey and flash support is a joke/instant freeze.. PS3 games randomly deciding to freeze in the middle of epic moments that just make me want to stop playing the game entirely.. the dash board hasn't changed since launch and is lame.....

PSN has no funding going towards quality control of dedicated servers/match making/ and all the online jazz..

Whatever I don't want to argue.. I have both.. I use both. I like both.. I prefer xbox gaming since its not glossy and it has forza.. other then that I don't care which is which.. both can stream hi-def content from TVersity / DLNA servers.. and thats all I really care about.

P.S. all 7 of the xbox were not M$ replaced.. they were all warranty from the store swap outs.. so it was new gen after new gen after new gen.. the beauty of buying Best Buy warranty..

i wasnt trying to argue. i havent had any problems with games freezing though. and i do love forza the only thing stopping me from buying another xbox JUST for forza is the controller. i hate the xbox controller. theres a company out there that makes ps3 controllers that simulate the xbox design, but no one out there makes xbox controllers in the ps3 design. although i have seen a controller that has "removable" parts, so you can rearrange the buttons and sticks in multiple variations, but i read they like to break a lot so i never got one.

Its funny how peoplle complain about xbox and its over heating problems. I had mine for 2 years this past november. I keep my xbox on pretty much 24/7 anyone on here that has my tag can probably tell you its on right now. I don't use any fans, it sits inside a entertainment unit on top of the hot ass verizon fios box... no issues for me. All my personal friends have x boxes nobody sent there's back for any reason. My nephew sent his ps2 back twice for something, I don't know what. But Ill say this, I had a few issues with xbox games. Whenever I exchanged them I was set. That's all I can say, oh I hate playing in a game with Airgne and he is the host, lags like a bitch. But that's probably becausehe.is west coast and im east.

I started the thread to get some of us PS3 users to link up and play online sometimes. Yet, the thread gets jacked to take a dump on the console. So what you got an XBox... I do to, and my opinion of it??? IT SUCKS!!! Plain and simple. I have all 3 (XBox360/PS3 and The Wii) And the XBox is the least favorite for the family for obvious reasons. Not to mention the World Wide Ring Of Death and some arrogant owners.

Xbox has a lot more fun games than PS3 imo. i used my PS3 solely as a bluray player before GT5 came out.
