Where are some of you mounting them? I will be ordering a 4 channel amp and a mono amp that and the sub box is going to be in the back.

Seat back is most common, though you can mount under the floor and that keeps it out of sight. Plenty of room under there:

Hmmm I did not think about under the cover.. I did not think a amp would fit without hacking the whole cover..

and for the seatbacks they have thick enough material to hold the amp?

Just for thought., Be careful how and where you install your amp. Some need to breathe and can overheat.

i had a large 12 mounted in like a banpass enclosure in the little honda prelude trunk when i had it and they attached the amp to the side of the speaker box. just mount it in a way that it dosnt dammage the speaker but definalty need to think of a place where it can get air needs to be cooled so it dosnt over heat.
Oh and iam not sure about attaching it to the seat back i think the amp does get way hot.

I have a 600watt amp under the passenger seat. I couldnt find any other place to put it since I use the cargo area. I have a full size spare so that ruled out that area.

wow nipper nice to see you here :)

I use my cargo area too so under the seat it would have to go.

On top of the box, or on the sides work. I had a huge Blaupunkt on the back of my enclosure. Never overheated and that was a Class A amp.
