My radio does not hold firm it will move back and forth because this legacy has no screws on the side to hold it firm

Do you mean the metal brackets that hold the factory head unit in place?
If so, almost every aftermarket deck (Detachable face or din) has universal holes that line up to them. Just get a pair of brackets and have them sent w/ hardware.
