E brake light stays on?

I have a '98 BK wagon and my E Brake light has been on constantly. I did a search but to no avail. Anyone have a fix?

Checked your brake fluid level recently?

You know if my foot would reach I would kick myself in the ass, the level is back where it should be and the light is out. That would be why there is a little plug going to the brake resevoir :smt017

Well dont just go filling that resivoir. Check your brake pads as that fluid is a closed system. It may be telling you (one of the nice things of a brake fluid level switch) that your pads are worn.


That fluid had to go someplace.
