jack stands

so i'd like to put the car up in the air with some jackstands
and id like to know where the best place is to put them
under my 99 2.5 BD?

If you use the jackplate under the center of the motor/trans to jack the car up, you can put stands under the jackpoints just behind the wheels.

Your stands may mash the jackpoints so it may not be the best option for you. Mine were already mangled from hydraulic jacks already so.....

I have never jacked up the whole rear so hopefully someone else comes along.
