Location of fuel filter on BH5 GTB

I am trying to replace the fuel filter on my BH5 and can not find it anywhere, i have looked around the fuel tank, under the bonnet etc Does anyone know where the fuel filter is?? Im starting to wonder if someone has taken it out!

Pretty sure they're in the tank or they're in-line near the firewall up front. It changed one year to being in the tank.

Gen 3 filters are under the rear passenger seat, i think in the tank or on the pump or something like that. But yeah, def not in the engine bay like the good ol Gen 2's.

yes yours is in the tank, you have to take out the fuel pump assembly, its in there.

Just like the 02 Maximas. We put a walbro in and a new fuel pump, good luck with that.
