so ya, the winter kick my arse this year, all that excessive low gear driving and high rpms worked the engine hard, and now im paying for it. my lifters are making noise throughout the powerband and at all speeds, so its not an issue of oil not getting to them, they are just worn out. My question is does anyone have a set they are selling or know where I can pick some up? another question would be does anyone know how to replace them and is willing to either lend me a hand in the local area or tell me how to? much appreciated

i doubt some ones selling them. yes you can probally buy them but they cost a pretty penny.. as long as the buckets arent worn badly you could just reshim the lash.

if you look under the cam lobes you see the lifter buckets. look for smooth swirals. if you see dishes you need new buckets
