where are you getting that??? go to a parts store i just got a BOSH for 68-70. works just as or better then the oem. subaru dealers are ass's ;) and oem parts suck way to expensive!!! you should be fine with one from AutoZone, Shucks, NAPA any part store should have it.

differences
generic: (wire ins)
must wire, solder or butt connect with weatherproof seal(heat and srink)
way they make voltage for the signal varies can be different
vary in size, (not much different, but madders in some cars)
some are not sheilded, so can accept interferance

OEM or replacements:
have the correct way to make voltage
correct size all ways
sheilded
no cuting or wiring

personal i dont like generic (wire ins) cause of the reason there not meant for and specific car. so do not run 100% correct for your applacation. your dont have to go OEM but any other "plug and plays" o2 are all really the same and cost way less about $70-80 (avg for subaru rear o2)

The major difference between OEM type and "universal" type are the pre-wired connectors. If you don't mind splicing and soldering, you'll be ok with the cheaper versions. I would never buy an actual dealer part unless it was a pump or something critical like that.

im guessing its the rear. since h6 fronts are expensive A/F sensors. if you dont mind wiring. get a generic, correct reading on the rear o2 dont madder as fronts. only moniter the cat preformance

funny you said that because it is the front one. i ordered a generic one and will see what happens when i wire it in. thanks for the info.

I've replaced both my generic O2's with OEM's. Things work better. More expensive but worth the piece of mind.

i truthfully don't care for the piece of mind, if i can pay 30 bucks instead of 140, i have been driving with cell for about a month without any noticeable drop in fuel economy. so all i need it for is to be able pass inspection and turn the damn light off.

The OEM plug in Bosch O2's are around 90 bucks at Autozone.
