will this engine drop right in no fabrication or mods whatsoever?

just disconnect my 2.2 4eat, and one drop in this one?

you need to swap to a USDM 2.5 DOHC intake manifold, with the usdm harness loom.. depending where you are you also need to make sure that engine is tapped for a egr tube. unless you have a egrless 2.2

how the hell do i find out if i have a egr in my 2.2?

and what is a harness loom? cant i just keep the one from the engine i have in now?

you can keep the harness on the engine if all the plugs are the same or you have to swap them. and look at the right side of the intake, on the rear runner do you have a egr. big diaphram with a tube runing down to the head

is buying this now and figuring out what i need when it gets here a bad idea? i know the intake manifold for a 2.5 for sure...

and im pretty sure i have the egr.. not positive tho since iunno what a rear runner is, i have the bug cylindrical canister to the passenger side of the engine that seems to serve no purpose at all...does the tigerjapanese.com engines come egr tapped or will i have to call to request one?

and if the plugs do not fit, how hard and what do i have to do to swap them?

That's part of the EVAP system, charcoal canister I believe.

your egr less. so you dont have to worry about a egr taped head. but you will need a USDM DOHC intake manifold and use you 2.2 engine harness.. and you will need to make a block off plate for where the egr is on the DOHC intake and a 3/8 flared plug
