Legacy BD lowered on H&R springs

Want to go 18x9.5 ,35offset on all 4 wheels and tires 245/40/18.

The question is it ever possible?

245 is massive. Your wheels/tires are going to make the BD look like a hot wheels toy. Plus, you'll find you'll actually "crab" your way around parking lots.

You will definitely need to roll your fenders, and I'm pretty sure those wheels won't fit on stock struts. You'll need a smaller profile coilover as I'm betting the rears will rub HARD on the spring perches.

No effing way. My car is on much stiffer coils, has all four corners rolled and pulled considerably, and it *barely* clears a 235/40/18 (a narrow 235, at that) on an 18x8.5 ET48 wheel. You'd be over an inch farther out.

An inch is a huge amount.

Ok I finally found a set of wheels

18x8.5, 5x100, 35mm offset

Now if it fits enough to roll on then im good to go since im putting them on to sell with the car.......Now the question will this size and fitment fit my BD on stock springs and shocks.

Wait, you're putting new wheels on to sell the car?

er, ok.

They won't "fit" but they'll probably bolt on as long as you run a narrowish tire. You;ll be all over the fender, but will probably clear the strut. Enough to commute on, not to *drive* on, you'll absolutely destroy your fenders and the tires. If you have stock fenders, it's going to look like you have Daytons on the car, man. Total crap. What is the point of running this size wheel and tire?

Take that pic above, you'd be 13mm (1/2", give or take) farther out, plus whatever the tire adds (those are naaaaaarrow 235's)

Yeah im selling my BD and I didnt want to give him the 17 work emotions that I had on. So I was searching for a set of wheels for him to roll on. I didnt get the 18x8.5 wheels for him since it will cause some issues later so I rather not. I wish our BD's can take wider wheels like the STI and WRX's (sigh)
