Sticky clutch pedal after swap

Swapped my EJ25 and MT and pedals from my sedan into a wagon that had a 2.2 and AT.
Everything went in perfect, but now when I press the clutch, it takes a long time to come back up off the floor. Does it need to be bled? I took the master and slave off as a unit with the trans, so it was never open, although it did get tipped and some fluid leaked out a few times, but the level is still good.

I would try bleeding it but also keep in mind Subaru had a TSB for a sticking clutch pedal. It is posted in this forum and says to replace the clutch slave cylinder and hose. I upgraded mine to a SS braided clutch hose and bought a slave cylinder rebuild kit from Subaru, it's like $12. So far it's been fine.

It was fine in the sedan, so I thought it had to be something I did during the swap.

Put some miles on it today. It got a LEEETLE better, not much. Plus now I noticed some throwout bearing noise in neutral and in gear with the clutch engaged (clutch pedal up).
