Apparently the last owner seems to have warped the rotors i took a set of pads off from the driver's side front and they seem to have like 60% life left I don't know if the rotor warp happened with the new pads or was already around.
Do I need to ditch the pads?

Waitasec - YOUR new pads with previous owners rotors?
If you're not getting any weird brake pulsation then if the pads are gone it's because they wear fast or you're braking to heavily all the time.
Warped rotors aren't that common unless you have to hit the emergency brakes a lot.

if you didn't get any pulsing before your new pads, it's your new pads. You probably didn't bed them in properly. Did you at least scuff up the rotors before putting the new pads in? scuff up the rotors with sandpaper or something, re-bed the pads properly and see if that cures the problem...

I don't know where you guys got that i brought pads...
I mean the last owner he looked like he just had new pads put on and left the old rotors on..
speaking of pads it also looks like he did just the fronts as well.
the bite out of these pads suck which is one of the reasons why I'm asking this and if the pad it's self changes if a rotor is warped.
On all my other Subaru's I did the rotors and the pads at the same time and broke them in by scuffing up the discs and setting the pads in.

That's where we got the idea you bought new pads.
