So..... the door panels from my sedan are in nice shape, except for the driver's armrest and a small snag on the right front by the mirror. They have a nice perforated grey leather on the cards.
The panels in my wagon are junk. The fabric on the cards is coming off, is ugly, and there are multiple snags and tears.
My dilemma was, should I sell the sedan panels or try and swap them to my wagon? One obstacle I was facing was the fact that wagons have speakers and therefore speaker grilles in the rear door panels, while the sedan does not.

Well while installing speakers in my wagon today I noticed this:

All I got to do is cut the speaker hole, drill the screw holes, and transfer over the grille. YAY!
Didn't know it'd be that simple.
Now. Just have to find a wagon with a rear seat like this to complete the swap:
