I just bought some wrx wheels last weekend and swapped out my stocks for them. My car is a BK 95, and I only hear the rubbing on my rear driver side. I thought stock wrx wheels fit fine on a legacy. Could it be an alignment issue?
Here's the wheels:

What size tires are on the wheels? Are you on stock suspension?

My car still has stock susp., the wheels are stock 16's 55's that were meant for 2000 legacy's
+1 on alignment - when's the last time you got it done?

I don't know. I bought it in Feburary and it looks like nothing might not of been done to it. Should I buy spacers as a temporary solution?

No, get an alignment.

whats the tire width? You shouldn't be getting any rubbing with stock wrx wheels and stock 205/55/16's.

^^^agreed. I used 205/55/16's on my lowered 96 legacy and it didn't rub. In fact, I'm buying another set of WRX wheels and tires sunday.

I know what you guys are saying, and its only happening on the rear driver side. So I guess I'll have to do the alignment. I was waiting until I got new springs and struts and the brake job finished before I did an alignment.

Get a Firestone lifetime alignment for $200. As many alignments as you want, as long as you own the car. 4+ alignments and you've already saved money.

I would say there is a problem with the rear driver's side, then. Rear camber isn't adjustable, so an alignment won't help and something is probably bent.
have you looked to see exactly what is rubbing?
with stock everything 225/50-16 on a +53 16x7 fit fine on my car. That's the same outer diameter as 205/55-16 and places the tire 8mm closer to the strut and 12mm closer to the fender. Also I think the tires that came on my car were 205/55-16.

Yeah, I found out finally. Because I am still away for college, I do not have a garage to look at my car properly. Yesterday I went to firestone, and found out it was a bearing on the hub was bent. Probably from a time when I hit a ice patch and smacked a curb (not from drifting, but just bad luck and a bad street). And the tech. said it wasn't the rear it was the front driver side, which makes more sense. That's, also, where I hit the curb. I think the rubbing was caused from the change in clearance.
Thanks for the advice about firestone.

A couple minutes ago I just got my h6 rotors for the front in the mail. I've decided to replace all hubs on my car since I am doing the h6 brake swap. Would 04 wrx hubs fit it?

I hope you mean h6 rotors for the REAR...

"h6" is a nickname given for the rear rotor upgrade from an 00-04 legacy only. I don't think youd want to put non vented rotors where your vented rotors are.

I thought it was for the legacy outback h6 sedan. I was going from what I saw on tirerack webpage.
http://www.tirerack.com/brakes/results. ... toModClar= (http://www.tirerack.com/brakes/results.jsp?autoMake=Subaru&autoModel=Outback+H6+3.0+Sedan&autoYear=2003&autoModClar=)
Alright. I think you're really misunderstanding something here.
The H6 rear upgrade doesn't actually have to relate directly to the actual Outback H6. It's simply a term used for the 11.3" non-vented rear rotor and caliper bracket upgrade from any 2000-2004 Legacy or Outback. Engine size and trim model does not matter.
For the front, the Outback H6 uses 11.4" vented rotors. This is actually the exact same front brake setup found on 02-05 WRX's, 02-04 Legacy GT's, 01-04 Outbacks, and a few models of the Forester. You can use any calipers w/ brackets from these models and they will bolt right up to your car. Basically, it just doesn't HAVE to be an Outback H6.
Another thing I want to make sure you're understanding - you can't just buy brake rotors and pads for the Outback H6 and expect to bolt everything right up to your '95 BK. For the front, you'd need the dual-piston calipers from the above models with brackets to fit the larger rotors and pad shape. (Be careful though, as sometime in late 2002 there was a change in brake pad shape which included a different style bracket.) For the rear, you will need just the caliper brackets from any 00-04 Legacy or Outback. If you have rear drums, well, you have a lot more work cut out for you.
