What hard coilovers will work on it 1993 leggy

I have a 1993 legacy and I want a hard tighter right with racing coilovers but I am trying to find something to fit I either want eibach or tien is there anything I can find cheap

stiffer != better.

what tires are going to be on the car?

You can only go so stiff until the tire starts flexing more than the suspension. The stiffest street tires have a spring rate of about 8k, and you want the tires to be stiffer than the springs.
