So after talking to a few here and other sites they all told me it was a H3 replacement bulb... So I go and buy them and when I had a open window with no rain I went to remove it..

Long story short this is what I found when I opened it.. The bulb is one with the reflector in order to change the bulb you need to buy a whole new reflector to go with it.

wow that sucks, you sure you can't crack that mofo open and reglue the glass/casing back together?

I never really liked PIAA, they always seem to charge a 50% premium on the same stuff you can get from hella, kc, cibie, other established light makers...

theres some nice PIAA stuff and some crap, most of there stuff is overpriced, really only good things they make are the 510's , shock lamp, wiper blades.

yep time for some JDM fogs.. I don't know what the going rate for them now are.. i've never seen any on ebay in the last 4 months..

so I was looking up the replacement and I found the price of these PIAA fogs..

LMAO $199.... and you can't just go local and get a replacement...

besides the left fog the reflective coating inside was flaking off inside.

I can't crack it open since the bulb which is a 2 pin bulb is held in with high temp ceramic.. the reflector is a one piece sealed glass unit...

on the good news the car looks better without the fogs in the front, I just need to take out the mounting brackets I don't know if I will leave the PIAA switch in.. I do need to find a fog light switch however.
