which SILICONE radiator fits?

im not too sure if ej20 from wrx and sti radiator hose would fit on our cars... its for subaru legacy outback 98..... here is the link:

Don't take my word for it but I just replaced the upper and lower rad hoses on my BD and they looked identical to those. The S shape one fits on the upper rad hose and the L shape is the lower.

what benefit do you get from silicon hoses and what material are the stock ones?
