I just stumbled over this thing last night. Think it would work nice with my HTC Phone holder. It mounts inside the glove box.

What do you think?

They make mounts like that for other things too. For example I have a mount for my satellite radio that attaches behind the HVAC controls, and you can mount all sorts of things to it.

The phone maybe but i like the rest of it. Since i bought my HTC i cant put it anywhere without it sliding around.
I have ordered the active car cradle with built in charger. People that have commented on the site i bought it of say it mounts with screws so if i cant find another reasonable way i will buy this thing to keep it clean and organized.
Besides, the only holes will be in the glove box in case i remove it.

I also have my GPS that uses the 12v output but i got a cheap one with dual outputs, hooked it up and connected the CB and the GPS to it. Before i mounted it behind the AC control unit. only an inch is visible coming out the airvent.

The GPS has suction mounts and is mounted at the bottom of the windscreen.

I would seriously check out Crutchfield's mounts that they offer. If they're vehicle specific you probably wouldn't have to drill holes. I didn't, just used factory screws. It'll be simple to put it back to stock.
