help me break nasioc addiction

there are so many people on that site that are so damn tempramental(sp?), and hate to get what they dish out thrown back at them.

i make a quick little post about an idiozynchracy that amused me and first respose i got was from damn jewpac bitchin about some crap...

who cares? what is the point in being negative about EVERYTHING you don't have a decent answer for?

why do only the schlong-breaths reply?

thank god (and the mighty admins) for this site, hopefully we can build it up to be of the caliber of the ZR2.com boards when i first got on there!

some people should not be allowed on the internet. they should just bask in thier ignorance of thinking they know all and are greater than all.

so HELP me break the addiction! lets make this site better in every respect than nasioc! it can be done if we all take out knowledge and share it all here!!!

We are on our way, we HAD 300+ members before we lost the site. We have more active users now than before. The lose of the site brought more people back and I think this second run will be for the best. I said this before but it's going to take time and patience to get to where we were. We lost a years worth or topics of useful information. Answer any question you can and ask any question you need to know. That is what will help make the site grow.

Did your post happen to be in Off Topic? OT is so completely different than the rest of the site and you really have to have been around a lot in order to get a lot of the jokes. Theyre very intolerant to noobs. That being said, Im a frequent visitor to OT and Ive learned that a lot of people need to calm down. Its only the internet, its not real.

If it wasnt in off topic, then yeah some people can be jerks and idiots. Ive learned to filter it out.

I here ya brutha. Thats what drew me to this site. The people here don't slam ya for ignorance. You ask a question and you get the answer. Not someone telling you to search through a bazillion threads looking for your answer.

Now on the other hand their is a lot of knowledge on that site. Alot of the people over their are very cool and helpful. ya just gotta wade throught the bs. Be a duck. let it wask right off and go on. That's what my mon use to say.

Not all the people on nabisco are a-holes. I frequent that board alot and it is really helpful. The Legacy forum and the NWIC are badass. You just have to learn to ignore the idiots.
