Stock BD headlight adjust

Hello. I was wondering how do i adjust my headlights. i know the one screw/bolt thing goes up and down.

how do you go left and right?
i see the other bolt thing there but it does nothing.

The other adjustment screw should make it go left and right. However, it moves extremely slow and might also already be maxed out in that direction. Have you tried both directions?

^+1. Also, I know it is a weird thing that happened to me, but the mount for my USDM lights were cracked, so the would not adjust..... I am not saying that is what you got, just something to look at if they are not adjusting.....
